Have you tried Google+ ? go ahead, for first couple of hours you might feel that its just facebook on a tweaked wheel, little features here and there not available on facebook…wait that is the old facebook,the latest version of the most popular social media on the planet already packed with ton of changes that confusing their own user.
yep, just within a slice of time when google+ open its doors to public -which i consider way too long to stay in by invite status- facebook given major updates on its own platform. Are facebook worried of google? of course they are, although they would’ve never claimed it as it would show a sign of weakness. but lately facebook has been labeled boring by the majority of young users, they get in and they dont know what to do in there, instead they start playing games within the platform provided.
what do you think about it yourself? is facebook boring and twitter is hot?
when your app is simple and focus on few things only, people get excited, thats what happened when first facebook launch. but then after so many features packed in and company start to pushing in people gets bored. just look at some friends wall (or timeline now they call it) it fueled with products for sale, okay they only asking for product prince once-yep once- but then that seller start posting tons of product to make the walls look like an ecommerce store.
not to mention some of our noisy friends, are they trying to write novel in their wall? long line of boring speeches and nonsense makes people move away to twitter.
why twitter? look at it so simple with only 140 character to jeopardize people chances to make long speech and sell their photo product -that before twitter provide their own image gallery-.
but have you seen what all those people in twitter trying to do right now? they add photo gallery on their own platform, perhaps later longer tweet, they’ve added analytic and god knows what they gonna stuff it in. they thought more features would mean more user happiness…is it?
well at least thats what google+ trying to do, they look at what’s missing in both google and twitter and they pack it in, more platform to do more things, but with all that stuff around they are chances that people could get lost and forgot the essence of that media in the first place.
so until google+ could come up with something original instead of filling the flaw of other media, they would have to compete with a revamp facebook and twitter, at least until some other startups steal the show.

wow, facebook, twitter and google plus now is become a comunitas which very very many people join that, it will be intense competition among all. But now just depending on user who use it, will be use for goodness or the opposite of goodness….
